摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform communication without switching a channel in the case of moving between both switching service areas by automatically switching the transmission and reception of data with a base station by a channel switching system and with a packet base station by a packet switching system in the case that predetermined conditions are satisfied in a packet moving machine. SOLUTION: A changeover control part 22 outputs the data processed in a packet processing part 24 and the data outputted from the changeover control part 22 are modulated in a modulation part 21 and transmitted to the base station or the packet base station. A detection control part 20 detects a using radio channel and judges the condition of the radio channel of a peripheral zone based on the data demodulated in a demodulation part 19. The packet moving machine measures the state of the using radio channel in the detection control part 20, channel changeover request signals are transmitted to the base station or the packet base station in the case that the state is less than a predetermined threshold value, and when changeover is permitted, a switching destination channel is used and the communication is continuously performed.
