PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clad plate excellent in heat resistance and heat conductivity which is used in the environment of high temperature (e.g. 100-230 deg.C) and at a part where the excellent heat conductivity is required, at a low cost through joining. SOLUTION: In a joined clad plate comprising face and back layers made of metallic sheets and an intermediate layer made of a resin layer which is excellent in heat resistance and heat conductivity, the thermal conductivity ratios of the heat input side metallic layer (A), the joined resin layer (B), and the heat radiation side metallic layer (C) are (A):(B)<=70:1, (B):(C)>=1:500, 1:25<=(A):(C)<1:1, the thickness ratios of the layers are (A):(B)>=5:1, (B):(C)<=1:10, (A):(C)<=1:1. the thickness of the joined resin layer (B) is <=100μm, and the thermal decomposition temperature of the resin layer is >=230 deg.C. Even the clad plate is formed through joining, the temperature irregularity of the heat radiation surface is small, the temperature rising speed is high, and the heat resistance is excellent.
