PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send and receive data wirelessly by forming one card from a magnetic card having a magnetic stripe and an IC card carrying and integrated circuit chip which was needed in a connectional card. SOLUTION: A magnetic memory 2 is mounted on a surface of a plastic board 1, an integrated circuit chip 3 and radio response antenna 4 are embedded in the board 1, and the antenna 4 does not crossed the memory 2. Thus, both a magnetic card reader/writer and a radio response type card reader/winter can be used, and the magnetic memory and the chip do not affect each other. |
