PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the overall communication efficiency by making a question unit transmit a command to an answer unit that has an ID of the highest answer intensity among those IDs which are replied from the answer units. SOLUTION: A question unit 1 decides the number of answer units 2 which are included in a communication area 3 and then accesses the answer units 2a to 2c respectively. Thus, the unit 1 first confirms the unit 2 having high answer intensity in order to know the number of units 2. Then the unit 1 detects the unit 2 having an ID of the height answer intensity and also designates this ID to transmit a command to the unit 2. Only the unit 2 that has its own coincident ID sets a flag among those units 2 which received the commands from the unit 1, and only the unit 2 corresponding to the received command sends an answer to the unit 1 to show its coincident ID. The unit 1 receives the answer from the unit 2 having its coincident ID to confirm the presence of the unit 2 and also to register the ID of the unit 2 on a table. |
