PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the KARAOKE device which is able to display necessary service information such as a wait time for reserved music and does not display information unnecessary for singing on a singer's monitor. SOLUTION: A display control part is provided with a text memory 31 to which character patterns of a text are inputted and a service information memory 32 to which character patterns of a wait time list as a wait time list for reserved music are inputted and further provided with an LD changer 30 which displays background video, and generates a 1st video signal by adding the pattern of the text in the text memory 21 and the pattern of the wait time list in the service information memory 32 together and superimposing them on the background video of the LD changer 30 and a 2nd video signal by superimposing only the pattern of the text in the text memory 31 on the background video of the LD changer 30 and then outputs the 1st video signal to an audience monitor and the 1st and 2nd video signals to a changeover switch connected to the audience monitor. This changeover switch is switched by the control part of the KARAOKE device and only when the service information is displayed during the performance of KARAOKE music, the switch is placed on its 2nd video signal side. |
