PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately eliminate jitters and to reduce code decision errors of a receiving signal by making a jitter controlling part compensate the deviation of a control amount which is caused by operation timing. SOLUTION: A multiplier 16 calculates a jitter amount, by multiplying an output of a band-pass filter 12 by an output of a balancing circuit 15 and outputs it to a phase converter 17. The converter 17 converts an inputted jitter amount into phase information and outputs phase information Q2 so that a rotating device 18 rotates a phase information Q1 to compensate a proceeded phase, because a rotating device 19 outputs the information Q1 which rotates a base-band signal that is inputted from a frequency offset controlling part and because the phase of the base-band signal proceeds by as much as the time (at least the time for one cycle of a code)needed for calculating the Q1. The device 19 rotates a base-band signal that is inputted from the frequency offset controlling part based on an inputted phase information Q2 and compensates phase distortion which is caused by jitters. The device 18 also compensates a delay phase which occurs at the filter 12. |
