PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification equipment for gasifying a fuel containing carbon by a partial oxidation, of which gasification oven is cooled in a good efficiency by using a boiler water containing steam for cooling pipes of the oven wall and the bottom of the oven, which preventing the damage of tube upper surface due to a steam stagnation. SOLUTION: This gasification equipment is obtained by installing an oven wall evaporating tube 2 and an oven bottom tube 3 at a gasification oven 1, supplying water to a drum 5 from a water supplying pipe 6, letting the cooling water flow to the oven wall evaporating tube 2 and the oven bottom tube 3 by a boiler water circulating pump 4 and circulating the water by returning to the drum 5, to cool the oven wall and oven bottom. Conventionally, since the slope of the oven bottom tube 3 is small, there is a fear of having a damage by burning due to the steam staying at the upper surface of the inside of the tube, but now the partial stay of the steam is avoided by giving a rotating flow to the cooling water for absorbing heat uniformly by installing a rotating groove and a rotating rib at the inside of the tube and inserting a twisted ribbon into the tube, and the cooling efficiency is also improved. Further the absorbed heat is recovered at the drum 5 and can be used effectively. |
