PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify code management, to save a disk capacity, to reduce loads onto a slip inputting person in a daily operation and to facilitate work at the time of changing a sum-up unit by inputting a department pattern for outputting slips for the respective department patterns and summing up numerical information for the respective department patterns. SOLUTION: At the time of outputting the slip, by a slip specification input part 15 for the respective department patterns, the department pattern to output the slip is specified. A result sum-up part 16 for the respective department patterns refers to a department pattern storage part 13 and sums up the results for the respective department codes of a result file for the respective sum-up department codes set to the department pattern storage part 13 in the slip specification input part 15 for the respective department patterns. A slip output part 17 for the respective department patterns outputs the result summed up in the result sum-up part 16 for the respective department patterns. Thus, summing up by the plural department patterns and sum-up department code units is made possible for one department. |
