PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a selecting means by providing a selecting means which sends a specific output bit that is selected among plural output bits with a multiplexing unit, including plural multiplexers and a control unit that applies a control signal to a control input of each multiplexer. SOLUTION: A selecting means SEL which is connected between an output register OR that temporarily stores N output bit sets OS1 to OSN and an input channel IC selects M (M is an integer that is smaller than N) output bit sets among the N sets OS1 to OSN. It also sends M input bit sets IS1 to ISM to the register OR and replaces M selected output bit sets. Here, a control unit CTRL of the means SEL generates a control signal for each multiplexer of a multiplexing unit MUX, that includes N multiplexers MUX1 to MUXN and applies a control signal to a control unit of each multiplexer.
