PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. which gives a molded item with a low electrical resistance, excellent antistatic properties, a high dimensional accuracy, and a low surface track by compounding and epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide copolymer with an acrylic polymer having silicon-derived ester groups and/or fluorocompd.-derived ester groups. SOLUTION: The acrylic polymer used comprises repeating units represented by formula I [wherein R<1> , R<3> , and R<4> are each H, F, Cl, alkyl, cyano, or -(CH2 )x Rf (wherein (x) is 1-2; and Rf is 1-20C fluoroalkyl); R<2> is a monovalent group;αis a silicone-substituent group;βis a fluorocompd.-substituent group; and m/(a+b) is (99/1)-(40/60)] or by formula II [where inγis a silicone- substituent or fluorocompd. substituent group; and m/r is (99/1)-(40/60)]. The wt. ratio of the epichloropydrin-ethylene oxide copolymer to the acrylic polymer is pref. (98/2)-(40/60).
