PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of rough deburring by a method wherein the rough deburring of burr at a joint part of a mandrel is executed automatically without any help from others. SOLUTION: For a deburring apparatus 4, a blanking edge 7 formed in an arcuated state capable of being transferred in a longitudinal direction of a casing 6, and a blanking patch which is fixed at a position opposed by a specific interval to the blanking edge 7 and formed in the arcuated state, are arranged inside a hollow cylindrical casing 6 capable of being rotated via a rotation driving mechanism 5. The blanking edge 7 and the blanking patch are so constituted as to be capable of being transferred radially in the casing via a driver. A support member 16 capable of being transferred with which a joint part of a resin-made core material is pinched, is provided to a recessed part of the blanking edge and the blanking patch which are arranged in a longitudinal direction in the casing.
