PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontally roofed envelope capable of further strengthening the state of the retaining of the place of the retaining of a lower seam section and capable of being brought to a grounded state by a clip. SOLUTION: A horizontally roofed building board B has a lower seam section 7 on one end side of a main board 6 coated with a coating member 10 and an upper seam section 8 having a shape engaged with the lower seam section 7 on the other end side in a solar-cell module section 9 installed to a surface. A clip for the horizontally roofed building board has an upstanding section 2 erected from a seat board section 1 for fixing and a seam retaining section 3 being formed on the reverse side of the seat board section 1 for fixing from the upper end of the upstanding section 2 and retaining the lower seam section 7 of the horizontally roofed building board B, and has an inside screw section screwed to a screw member 5 pushing the lower seam section 7 of the horizontally roofed building board B against the front end of the seam retaining section 3 in the upstanding section 2.
