<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably lengthen a carry of a golf ball by the same hitting power as usual regardless of whether or not a player excels in a technique of golf. SOLUTION: A cylinder member 4 on which the cylinder axis passes through a sweet spot area by crossing at a right angle to a sweet spot surface, is arranged in a club head 1 of a wood club having a metal face 2 on a ball hitting surface of the club head 1, and a weight 5 having large mass is almost densely enclosed inside this cylinder member 4 so as to be slidable in the cylinder axis direction. Therefore, the large moment of inertia of the weight 5 having large mass is imparted, as if further pursued, to a golf ball hit hard by the club head 1, and the golf ball can be hit by unusual strong power.</p> |
