The pharmaceutical preparation disclosed comprises a chilled-melt granular material containing at least one fusible active ingredient and at least one fusible auxiliary. The auxiliary(ies) are soluble at increased temperature in an active substance or substances. The mixture composed of at least one fusible active ingredient and at least one auxiliary is fused until a homogenous, equally humidified substance is produced. The substance is mixed and then subjected to granulation. The preparation can be used for all the forms of medication claimed and in the therapy of illnesses.
