<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fitting workability without the need of holding a grommet when the grommet itself is fitted to a panel. SOLUTION: A grommet 15 with a keep plate has a grommet body 2, a pressing plate 4 fitted to the outer of this grommet body 2 and having a flange 6 supported with a panel 3 in between, the flange 6 forming a grommet fixing hole 16 through which a bolt 7 projected from the panel 3 is inserted while the pressing plate 4 forming a pressing plate fixing hole 10 through which the bolt 7 inserting the fixing hole 16 is inserted, with the pressing plate 4 holding the flange 6 being held with the panel 3 in between being fixed with a bolt, with a hook rib 18 projecting to tentatively hook the grommet body 2 on the panel 3 by hooking the bolt 7 inserted in the grommet fixing hole 16 from an inner wall 17 of the grommet fixing hole 16.</p> |
