PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which is low in initial tack, facilitates the alignment a adherends, allows the easy peeling and recycling of the adherends even in the case of a failure in bonding of the adherends and is securely kept adhered after the bonding. SOLUTION: This optical recording medium 1 is formed by adhering a first optical recording layer 3a and a second optical recording layer 3b via a tacky adhesive layer 5. The tacky adhesive layer 5 is formed of a tacky adhesive compsn. having all of the following characteristics (A) to (C); (A) The modulus of elasticity in storage [G'] at -30 deg.C is <=3×10<7> dyne/cm<2> .
