<p>A training device for the playing of ball games comprises a rod 1 having a ball 2 mounted on one end of the rod and the other end of the rod being mounted so that it pivots about an axis 4 in a mounting which comprises elastic means to restore the rod to its rest position. The attachment of the ball to the rod may be indirect - for example in the form of a stirrup on which is mounted a wire carrying the ball so that the ball can be rotated about the stirrup step.</p> |
