PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve molding processing and strength, facilitate handling, increase ion conductivity in a wide temperature range, and improve safety and reliability at a stable, low cost by adding an ethylene carbonate and a ethyl methyl carbonate in an organic solvent. SOLUTION: When an ethylene carbonate and an ethyl methyl carbonate are included in an organic solvent, a total weight against polymer is set to 100 wt.% or more, and a weight ratio is set to (2:1) to (1:10). The polymer is at lest one kind of polymer obtained by polymerizing a thermal and/or and active photopolymerizable compound having a polymerizing functional group expressed by formula (2) [R<1> and R<2> are hydrogen or an alkyl group, R<3> is divalent group of <10C, containing a hetero-atom or any one of straight chain, branched chain or ring structure, (x) is 0 or a numeric value of 1 to 10, however, R<1> , R<2> , R<3> , and (x) in the polymerizing functional group are independent of each other]. |
