PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage coaxial cable with which directivity is provided in circumferential field intensity distribution, namely, the ratio of radiation field intensity on the respective forward and backward of leakage coaxial cable is made higher than 2:1 (3dB). SOLUTION: At symmetric positions on one side of an external conductor 14, plural 1st slots 2 are provided while being formed in parallel in the shape of one straight line string along the lengthwise direction of cable at a fixed separate pitch P, and at symmetric positions on the other side of the external conductor 14, plural 2nd slots 3 are provided while being prallelly arranged in the shape of one straight line string while shifting their positions from the 1st slots 2 along with the lengthwise direction of cable at the same separating pitch P as the 1st slots 2. At the same time, such a leakage coaxial cable 2 satisfies a conditional expression expressed by three unequalities of 0<=L/λg#D/λ, -1/3<=[(L/λg)-(D/λ)]<=0 and 1/3<=[(L/λg)+(Dλ)]<=2/3.
