PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and completely confirm the state of integration by displaying a digital synthetic image, designating the area of one character image at least in the displayed digital synthetic image and displaying the character images in the designated area while expanding them. SOLUTION: Corresponding to set image processing conditions, an image working processing part 48 performs the longitudinal/lateral rotation, inversion or rotation of image at any arbitrary angle and continuously performs the color/gradation correction of image and corresponding to a set electronic magnification, the dynamic range of image data is compressed/extended through the expansion/reduction processing of image so as to execute sharpness processing due to unsharpness masking or the like. A synthesizing processing part 50 synthesizes image data from the image working processing part 48, bit map character image data outputted from a character generation bit map expansion part 52 and the bit map image data of background images and characters read from a back ground image memory through a CPU so that these data can mutually become normal images. |
