Process which consists basically in interposing insulating skirts of beam 1 between successive steel floor beam arches 2 of insulating material, provision having been made for a sealing zone 8 which prevents possible leakages of concrete and for longitudinal grooves 4 and 5 in the lower part thereof which guarantee perfect gripping vis-à-vis the plaster 10 of the ceiling (roof). Said skirts 1 have, in their inside, spacers 6 which allow the perfect installation of the lattices of the beams 11/12/13 and the corresponding concrete covering 14 in the precise thickness, and counterexit forms 7 which prevent said skirt from detaching from the beam or from the infill material. The assembly is supplemented with notched plates 9 on both sides, for terminations. <IMAGE>
