A temperature regulator, esp for use in the clean air suction line or suction filter housing of a combustion machine, comprises a housing, a temp. dependant thermostat (29), and at least two control lines (37,38) with calibrated throttle cross sections (21,22). The temp. regulator (25) is placed or held in the clean air side or the suction air filter housing.The housing pref. consists of plastic, pref. polypropylene. Use - The temperature regulator is used in combustion machines. Advantage - The regulator is reliable, economical, and simple to apply.
