The invention refers to a coupling designed to transmit rotary motion, which is used mainly in heavy duty machines such as rolling mills and construction equipment. According to the invention, the coupling is made up of cylindrical half-couplings (1 and 3), in between which there are junction plates (2) that have some ball joints (4) in which driving pins (5) are mounted. The driving pins (5) are fixed in the cylindrical half-couplings (1 and 3) by means of exterior snap rings (10).
