<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an operator from forgetting the removal of a jammed paper between the ejecting port of the image recording material magazine and the cutter by resetting the occurrence of a jam, which is stored in a storage means by loading/unloading a case. CONSTITUTION:The case 15 can be freely loaded/unloaded to/from a device main body 10, and houses an image recording material 14. Loading/unloading means 15A/15B detects whether the case 15 loaded/unloaded to/from the device main body 10 or not; a jam detecting means 23 detects the occurrence of a jam between the ejecting port of the case 15 and the cutter 20, which cuts the image recording material 16. When the jam detecting means 23 detects the occurrence of a jam, a nonvolatile storage means 192 stores it. When the case 15 is reloaded to the device main body 10, a control means 190 resets the occurrence of the jam, which is stored in the storage means 192, based on a signal from the loading/unloading detecting means 15A/15B. Thus, an operator is prevented from forgetting to remove a jammed paper between the ejecting port of the image recording material magazine and the cutter.</p> |
