The garment, e.g. brassiere, swimming costume, jogging suit or shorts, has one or more pockets for inserting prostheses to make up a deficiency or enhance the figure. The prostheses are made from a material which has the shape and texture of part of the body and rapidly assumes the same temperature, while the pockets for inserting and removing them can be opened at the top, bottom or sides, as necessary, with fastenings of 'Velcro' (RTM) or other means.
