A home-use portable hair cutter capable of facilitating the hair cutting by a user by oneself without scattering the cut hair, comprising a blade portion (5) for cutting the hair, so fitted to a rotary shaft (4) driven and rotated by an electric motor (2) as to extend outward in a radial direction, a cylindrical case (11) covering the blade portion (5) and provide hair on the side surface thereof with cutting holes for guiding the hair to the blade portion (5), a fan (6) for sucking the cut hair, and a hair collection bag (15) for collecting the hair sucked by the fan (6).
