Gas-tight ceramic high temperature fuel cell component production
摘要
Improving the gas-tightness of a ceramic component (6) for a high temperature fuel cell involves: (A) impregnating the component (6) at reduced pressure (ca. 100 mbar) with an aqueous solution (8) containing (10-20 wt.%) magnesium sulphate and (2-5 wt.%) ethanol; (B) drying at 100 deg C for ca. 5 mins.; and (C) calcining at 800-1,300 deg C for /-1 hr. (A) and (B) may be repeated one or more times before (C).
