The invention relates to a unit for processing textile goods (10). The inventive unit is provided with a machine for processing the textiles goods (16), a holding device (20) for holding said textiles goods (26), a drive device (18) for moving the holding device (20) progressively in relation to the machine (16), and a support surface (14). The holding device (20) rests on said support surface (14) with a pressure force and moves across the same surface during the progressive movement described above. According to the invention, the pressure force of the holding device (20) against the support surface (14) can be produced by means of negative pressure. |
