<p>According to present invention, the classic composition of high-characteristics silicon steels is improved, utilizing contents of carbon and aluminum shifted towards the lower limits thereof up to now accepted and maintaining anyway low the total inhibitors content, thus allowing to lower the slabs heating temperature, to attenuate the effect of lumping the inhibitors in coarse precipitates, to obtain a good glass-film and to utilize the thin-slab continuous casting technique.</p> |
