The appliance comprises a deformable ball with grips. The grips (2) are formed on one half of a ball (1). The angle between the axis of the ball and the grips is approx. 45-60 degrees. Each grip is formed like at least one small deformable ball or a deformable cylindrical container. The ball and grips are fastened via at least one torus.
