The device comprises first electrical movement producer with a linearly moved first component (1.1) and a second electrical movement producer (2) with a linearly moved send component (2.1). A bridge (3) is connected at one end, with the first component via a first joint and at its other end with the second component via a second joint. The bridge, by turning in the joints, acts on a protective breaker (4), which directly or indirectly breaks the feed to the motor (5) and after release can be reset manually. One of the electromagnets (1) is fed with current via the apparatus protection (5.2).
