Verfahren zur Herstellung von Aminomethanphosphonsäure
摘要
Disclosed is a method for producing amino methane phosphonic acid, whereby a) N monomethylurea is reacted with a phosphorous (III) chloride based phosphorylating reagent at temperatures ranging from 0-90 DEG C in the presence of an organic solvent and b) hydrolyzing the reaction mixture obtained in step a) optionally after removal of the organic solvent in water or a mixture consisting of water and organic solvent with equivalents of 0.1-5 of a strong Brönsted acid at temperatures of 80-200 DEG C to obtain amino methane phosphonic acid and finally isolating said acid according to the usual methods. This enables high-yield highly pure amino methane phosphonic acid to be produced in a relatively simple manner.
