The invention concerns a tennis racket comprising at least an oscillating element (11) mounted on said racket in a housing (15) so as to oscillate freely under the effect of vibrations caused by the impact of the ball. Each oscillating element (11) being of the mass/spring type with a component forming a spring integral with its housing (15) on one of the sides and integral with the component forming mass on the other side, the component forming a spring made of a material in soft gel state while the component forming the mass is a sheet made of a heavy material.
