The crank pivot fitting has first and second parts (20,22) adjustable to a different angle between them round a turning axis (24) with internal tooth crowns (30,32) and borings (34,36). There is an external tooth crown (38) inside the internal ones. The shaft (44) of an eccentric cam (40) passes through both borings and has a spring device (46) which acts elastically in one direction, running radially one side and on a radial plane of the first position of the circumference, fitted on one side between the shaft and the cam and on the other between the shaft and the second component.
