Refuse bunker installation with fire alarm

The bunker installation includes a thermal camera (8) which monitors the refuse surface (5) and evaluates the taken picture for dangerous temperatures in an evaluator. The evaluator determines the time-point of the alarm actuation from the time intervals of the thermal pictures of the defuse surface, the time course of temperature, and/or the extent of hot spot surfaces (9,11). The evaluator preferably determines the gradient of the time course.
