Fluid pump for closed hydraulic fluid circuits

The displacement component is a piezo-translator (6) and the hydraulic fluid is a rheo-electrical fluid. The two valves (5,8) are rheo-electrical valves, the valve channel is activatable by an excitation voltage with an electrical field. The rheo-electrical fluid is contained in a tank (3) and via a conduit (4) reaches a rheo-electrical valve (5) forming the inlet valve of the fluid pump (1). The rheo-electrical valve forms an electrical capacitor, the two capacitor plates (5a) of which are arranged at a distance from one another. At a distance from the valve the piezo-translator (6) is arranged, the displacement chamber (7) of which is connected with the valve (5) and a subsequently connected rheo-electrical valve (8).
