Crosslinker for epoxy resins or polyisocyanate modified polycarboxylic acids

Polyisocyanate-modified dicarboxylic acid derivatives (PMDA), obtained by reacting organic polyisocyanates (A) with an excess (as regards the NCO/COOH reaction) of free carboxyl group- containing dicarboxylic acid (poly)anhydride (B) and water. Also claimed is a process for the production of PMDA.
