摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide composite energy by wind power and solar heat by forming a windmill furnished with a solar battery panel to effectively take in solar heat energy on blade surfaces forming the windmill of a wind power generation device. SOLUTION: Basic constitution of this composite wind power generation device is to be general constitution to be seen in a conventional wind power generation system. A rotary shaft 1 forming a windmill 4 having blades 2, 2 provided with high sensitive amorphous silicon system solar battery panels 3, 3 on each of the blades 2, 2 is held by a support tower 5 made of a frame of proper height and vertically formed on an upper part of the rotary shaft 1 making proper height. Additionally, the composite wind power generation device is constituted by furnishing a generator 6 to take out wind power energy and a battery 7 to reserve solar heat energy on a lower part of the rotary shaft 1 in a device ridge 8.
