PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the video conference terminal in which a video conference is restared smoothly with a simple operation in the case that a video conference is desired again with other video conference terminal with which a video conference has been made precedingly. SOLUTION: In the case that a video conference terminal 10 making a video conference through an ISDN line establish connection after receiving a call from other video conference terminal 20 holding the video conference, the ISDN number of the other video conference terminal received from the ISD network is stored and stores a parameter during the communication in the video conference decided according to a communication protocol in compliance with the ITU-T recommendations H.242, and when the video conference is desired again, the ISDN number and the parameter are used to restart the video conference smoothly. |
