FIELD: hydrolysis for extraction of pectin-containing raw materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves running oscillations by mixing dispersed liquid flow and another liquid using liquids which mixing results in heating, such water and alcohol. During mixing method involves keeping pressure below pressure of saturated vapor of liquid with lesser boiling temperature than mixture temperature. Method for manufacturing of pectin involves extraction of pectin-containing raw material by means of water-repelling extraction agent, hydrolysis extraction by means of acid solution separation of extract with ultrasound oscillations during hydrolysis extraction. Water and acid are added to extraction medium separately. Dispersion is run in liquid flow with lesser boiling temperature.
