FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: complex includes system designed for checking misalignment of wheelset axles. This system includes radio-frequency generator, switch, four local matrix eddy current converters secured on inner sides of rail webs, information processing unit coupled with eddy current converters and, through analog-to-digital converter, with video checking device. Strain gauge system for checking load mass and inequality of loads on axle and side of car consists of weight metering platform with track checking section where beams and strain gauge are installed between rails. Optoelectronic videochecking system for revealing oversized loads and checking condition of lead seal on tank neck has inverter U-shaped gates with infra-red transmitters and TV camera, and also video tape recorder, indication unit, information processing unit connected by output to video tape recorder and interface unit connected to outputs of infrared transmitters and TV camera. Computer is designed for processing and storing information received from above indicated system. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of checking. 2 cl, 6 dwg øøø1
