PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems that a material cost is expensive since both a synthetic resin film and a thin metallic plate are used and that adjustment for aligning a shift in position between the film and the thin plate in a cap is required when a container mouth is to be sealed by high frequency induction heating. SOLUTION: A side of an opening 4' above a thread 10 of a mouth 2 of a synthetic resin container 1 is formed to be thick or formed as a tapered flange 4, while a thin metallic plate 7 which is coated with synthetic resin comprising an approximately the same material as that of the container 1 on a face in contact with the container 1 and equipped with a plurality of large and small tab pieces 13, 14 is mounted on the opening 4'. On the other hand, while non-metallic cap 8 equipped with a small ring-like protrusion 9 on a top face 3 in a cap corresponding to the thick part or the flange 4 of the opening 4' is screwed with the container mouth 4', they are subjected to high frequency induction heating to have the thin metallic plate 7 welded on its contact face. |
