PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a received electronic mail report device provided with an agent function by which a content of a received electronic mail is reported more efficiently and more understandably in the case of making report processing of the received electronic mail to the user. SOLUTION: An information processing system is realized, which is provided with an agent function where in the case of reporting a received electronic mail not open to the user, an agent device 20 conducts voice output of total number of received electronic mails not open and number of senders or discriminates emergency of the received electronic mail, generates a summary text of the received electronic mail and makes a voice output of it when an electronic mail requiring emergency is included, and generates a summary text of an added file and makes a voice output to the user when the electronic mail with an additional file is received so as to attain make content report of the received electronic mail to the user efficiently and more easily understandably. |
