PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set by which an event is expressed in characters, calendar display and the characters are displayed in combination and both information sets are simultaneously and easily recognized. SOLUTION: A control section 2 refers to a table (event/character table stored in an EEPROM 4) where event and character data and date information outputted from a cock 22 are stored which making correspondence with each other and reads the character data denoting the content of the event when any event is in existence, and the characters and the calendar display are displayed in combination on a display section 5 of the portable telephone set. |
