PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an oil stagnancy and stabilize the insulation performance for a long period of time by making the inner diameter of a rubber mold stress cone gradually smaller starting at the tip, by holding a constant diameter for a predetermined length at the central portion and then by making gradually larger toward the rear end. SOLUTION: An insulating body of a CV cable is peeled off for a predetermined length and the conductor is exposed, and is connected by a cable conductor of an opposite portion and a conductor connecting tube (pressured sleeve). Moreover, in correspondent with the central part of the conductor connection, a rubber mold stress cone 16 inserted onto the cable insulating body is contacted to a taper portion at both the sides of epoxy unit embedded with an internal shield fittings. This rubber mold stress cone 16 gradually reduces its inner diameter from the rear end, holds inner diameter = D2 , to a predetermined length, and then gradually increases toward the tip and the inner diameter = D1 occurs at the tip. In addition, it is desired to provide 0.7 mm at each point as the maximum value of the difference in inner diameter by considering the tolerance in production.
|
