INSULATED A/D CONVERTER WITH SIMULTANEOUS MULTICHANNEL SAMPLING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively possess data having no timewise shift and to shorten time required for possession as well by simultaneously performing A/D conversion less than the number of data buses without using any sample/hold circuit so as to possess all the data for one channel of A/D converters for each data bus. SOLUTION: The outputs of insulated M-bit serial system A/D converters 1 to N are connected to data buses D1-DN as many as or less than the bit number of data buses in the system of CPU 2. Then, this device is provided with a means for simultraneously starting N pieces of A/D conversion and a means for storing data for M×N bits outputted from the A/D converters 1 to N through the data buses into M pieces of memories. Further, the device is equipped with a means for restoring N pieces of data by reading the same bit preserved in M pieces of memories.
