摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce performance of an indoor heat exchanger in heating to a maximum limit. SOLUTION: A pulse type motor-driven expansion valve EV is fully opened, and a compressor 1 is started to be operated. At the time of elapsing a first predetermined timeΔτ1, an exit/entrance temperature differenceΔt between an indoor inlet pipe temperature t2 and indoor outlet pipe temperature t1 is set to a first reference temperature differenceΔto1. And, the result of subtracting the differenceΔto1 from the differentΔt during operating of a compressor 1 later is set to a sensed supercooling degree SC. An opening of the valve EV is reduced until the degree SC becomes first predetermined supercooling degree SC1 or more, and an opening pls1 of the valve EV at the time point in which the degree SC becomes the degree SC1 or more is contrarily set largely by a predetermined first openingΔpls1. Accordingly, substantially the degree SC = 1 is performed without ensuring large degree of the outlet of the exchanger 7, and performance of the exchanger can be achieved to the maximum limit.
