PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify one of the frames of dividable upper and lower two stage so as to be usable for a single slot type card connector to share parts. SOLUTION: Fixing portions 3, 4 of nuts 10 are respectively provided on an upper stage frame 2 and a lower stage frame 1 which are dividable. The positions of the respective nuts 10 fixing portions 3, 4 are displaced in directions orthogonal to the axial directions of bolts inserted into the respective nuts. In the case of using as a double slot type multi-stage card connector, the bolt is interposed into a bolt insertion hole, provided in the swelling place 11 of the down stage frame 1, the bolt insertion hole provided in the swelling place 12 of the upper stage frame 2, and the nut 10 from a board 100 side and is tightened. No nut is required to be fixed to the nut fixing portion 4 of the lower stage frame 1. In the case of a single slot type card connector, the upper stage frame 2 is removed, and the nut 10 is fixed to the nut-fixing portion 4 of the lower stage frame 1.
