PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector fitting-in structure, in which the fitting-in work of one pair of female and male contacts at a fitting-in connection time is easy, its housing can be downsized, and a good fitting-in state of mutual connectors can be maintained. SOLUTION: In a male connector 1 which constitutes a connector fitting-in structure a side rib receive portion 19 are extendedly provided on the inner wall of a hood portion 19, a cut-out portion 18 is formed in one sidewall of the hood 19, and an under rib 3b is extendedly provided on the outer wall of an inside housing 3a. In a female connector 2, a side rib 27 is extendedly provided along a connector fitting-in direction on the sidewall of a housing 41, and a fitting bracket 28 to other member is provided on the outer wall of a housing 21.
