PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain freshness deterioration and so on due to moisture which occurs by respiration, dew condensation, or the like and preserve the freshness of an agricultural product, by making a bag from a plastic film having specific- particle-diameter-having minute holes at a specific density, and, further, by holding a water-absorbent sheet in the bag. SOLUTION: Plastic films 2, each having minute holes 1 whose average particle diameter is in the range of 100 to 200μm and number is in the range of 2.5×10<-3> /cm<2> to 7.5×10<-3> /cm<2> and which is heat-sealable, are superimposed so that the heat-sealable sides (h) face each other, then three sides of the peripheral edges are heat-sealed to form seals 3, and thus a package bag 4 is obtained. Further, inside the package sheet 4, a water-absorbent sheet 5 is held. This retards the decaying, softening, and the like of the cut surface and leaves of an agricultural product, also hampers the yellowing and withering of the leaves, and, thus, exerts an extremely excellent freshness-preservation-effect.
